    Tooth transposition is a rare anomaly that is ascribed to interchange in the position of two adjacent permanent teeth on the same quadrant.Tooth transposition more frequently occurs between maxillary canine and first premolar. This tooth transposition is often accompanied by other dental anomalies such as impaction, missing and peg shaped lateral incisor. In this case report, we present a case of maxillary second premolar_ first molar complete transposition that is a rare kind of this occurrence. Missing of the first premolar and impaction of the canine is also seen in this quadrant. . . . . . . . . .
